Hi, I’m Andrea Fox. I’m an attorney and I am here to help you.
I’m an experienced Montana family law attorney specializing in flat fee document drafting, parenting plans, divorces, wills, collaborative law, and mediation.
I want to take the mystery out of the legal process for my clients. When you come see me you are not getting a fancy, intimidating legal experience. There are no walls of leather bound books in my office. You’re getting individual attention, and all of your questions answered. You’re getting an honest assessment of your situation. You’re getting legal help without the mystery. I do not think I am smarter or better than you because I am a lawyer. I simply have the education and experience giving me the tools to help you with the legal process.
I take a limited case load so that I can really be there for my clients. When you hire me you are working with me, not with staff . I try to respond to every communication within one business day. And, I always make sure I’ve answered all of your questions.
I’ll never try to pressure you to hire me. I offer assisted self-representation, and limited scope representation so that you can get the level of help you think you need. Bottom line: I am here if you need me, in the capacity that best fits your needs.
I am up front about fees. I start with a 30 minute phone consult for $75. You can visit my Practice Areas and Fees page for information about my fees. I bill monthly and you can ask for a retainer statement at any time (this is how a retainer works).

- Graduated from Capital High School, Helena, Montana 2001
- Undergraduate degree from University of Montana, Missoula, Montana 2005
- Law degree from University of Montana School of Law, Missoula, Montana 2011
- Member of the Montana State Bar 2011-present
- Performed clinical internship with Montana Legal Services Association in Missoula with a focus in family law
- Practicing with my father and mentor, Andy Utick, in the Utick Law Firm in Helena from 2011-present
- Moved to Kalispell and started Fox Law Firm, PLLC in 2016
- Utick Law Firm won “Best Law Firm” in Helena in 2016
- Voted #2 for “Best Lawyer” in Helena in 2015
- Finalist for Best of Flathead in 2017 and 2018
- Voted #3 in the “Best Attorney” category in the Best of Flathead 2020-2022
- Happily married for fourteen years, and mom to three children (plus two fur babies)
